I’ll be honest — I’d consider myself to be more of a passive Talking Heads fan than a super fan. However, when my buddy and Hole bandmate / bassist Shawn Dailey, who now manages Jerry Harrison, brought up the possibility of getting Jerry on the podcast, I perked up. Having seen Jerry’s interviews with Marc Maron and Stephen Colbert, and knowing the vast amount of history and stories he has lived to tell — not to mention his time in The Modern Lovers, who some might consider to be one of the very first punk rock bands — I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to sit down with a legend.
